Jared Blake Sutherland is an attorney native to Santa Rosa County with a strong reputation in the community for his determination and the pursuit of justice for his clients. Mr. Sutherland is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law where he graduated with honors in Business Law and received the highest grade for Criminal Police Procedure. As a former prosecutor for the First Judicial Circuit of Florida, and an experienced criminal defense attorney, Mr. Sutherland has extensive experience in the criminal justice system with knowledge of prosecution tactics and methods which he uses to benefit his clients facing criminal allegations. During his time as a prosecutor, Mr. Sutherland prosecuted and assisted with the prosecution of thousands of cases in Walton, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Escambia counties, ranging from misdemeanors to the most serious of felonies. Prior to becoming a prosecutor Mr. Sutherland practiced as a private criminal defense attorney in the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, with a track record of successfully defending clients facing criminal allegations in Bay, Holmes, Calhoun, Gulf, Washington, and Jackson counties. Mr. Sutherland is licensed to practice law in every county in the state of Florida and Federally in the Northern District of Florida.
